The SP3420-04UTG is a 4-channel unidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diode array designed by Littelfuse Inc. It provides protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient events in sensitive electronic circuits. With a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 6V at 6A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform), this device is suitable for protecting low-voltage signal lines. The typical capacitance of 0.32pF at 1MHz ensures minimal signal integrity impact, making it ideal for high-speed data interfaces. The SP3420-04UTG is housed in a compact 10-UFDFN surface-mount package (10-µDFN 2.5x1.0mm) and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL level of 1 (unlimited). This device is designed for general purpose applications where space-efficient ESD protection is required.
