The SP3304NUTG is a 4-channel steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode from Littelfuse Inc., designed for Ethernet applications. It provides unidirectional protection with a maximum clamping voltage of 11.5V at peak pulse current. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 20A (8/20µs waveform) and a peak pulse power of 300W, ensuring robust transient protection. Power line protection is included.
