It features a reverse standoff voltage of 18V and a clamping voltage of 38V, capable of handling 2A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform). The diode offers a low capacitance of 0.3pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines. The device is bidirectional with a single channel and is not intended for power line protection.
