The Littelfuse SP3011-06UTG is a steering (rail to rail) TVS diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features 6 unidirectional channels with a reverse standoff voltage of 6V and a maximum clamping voltage of 12.5V. The device can handle peak pulse currents up to 3A under 8/20µs waveform conditions. It includes power line protection capability.
