The SP3010-04UTG is a low capacitance TVS diode array from Littelfuse, designed for ESD protection on high-speed data lines. It integrates four channels of rail-to-rail diodes plus a zener diode in a single µDFN package.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 6V, typical clamp voltage of 10.8V at 1A and 12.3V at 2A (8/20µs pulse), and maximum peak pulse current of 3A. Ultra-low capacitance of 0.45pF per I/O minimizes signal distortion, making it suitable for HDMI, USB 3.0, and other high-speed interfaces.
The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD immunity requirements with ±8kV contact and ±15kV air discharge withstand levels. It is also AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and is RoHS compliant and lead-free. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
The SP3010-04UTG is offered in a 10-lead µDFN package (2.5x1.0mm) for space-constrained designs. It is surface mountable and suitable for general purpose ESD protection in consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial equipment. Typical leakage current is 0.1µA at 5V and dynamic resistance is 1.5Ω.
