The SP3003-08ATG is a steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode array manufactured by Littelfuse. It provides ESD protection for up to 8 unidirectional channels with a reverse standoff voltage of 6V and a maximum clamping voltage of 15V at a peak pulse current of 2.5A (8/20µs waveform). The device is designed for general purpose applications and includes power line protection.
The array is housed in a 10-TFSOP or 10-MSOP package with a 0.118" (3.00mm) width, and the supplier device package is 10-MSOP. It supports surface mount mounting and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C (junction temperature).
With its rail-to-rail topology, this TVS array is suitable for protecting multiple data lines or I/O ports from electrostatic discharge and other transient voltage events. The low clamping voltage helps ensure downstream circuitry is protected while maintaining signal integrity.
