The SP3003-04XTG is a 4-channel unidirectional TVS diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 6V and a clamping voltage of 15V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 2.5A under the 8/20µs test condition. It is of the steering (rail to rail) type and offers power line protection.
This TVS diode comes in a SOT-563 surface mount package and is also offered in the SOT-666 package variant. The supplier device package is SOT-563. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and supports surface mount mounting.
Applications are general purpose providing ESD protection for sensitive electronic circuits. The part is RoHS3 compliant with a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited) and is REACH unaffected.
