The Littelfuse SP3002-04HTG is a low capacitance TVS Diode Array designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from electrostatic discharge (ESD). It offers robust protection with ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes and an integrated zener diode, fabricated using proprietary silicon avalanche technology.
This device can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes up to the IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 standard without performance degradation. Its very low loading capacitance of 0.85 pF (typical) per I/O makes it ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins found in applications like HDMI, DVI, USB2.0, and IEEE 1394.
Key electrical specifications include a peak pulse current of 4.5A (8/20µs), a clamping voltage of 13V, and a low leakage current of 0.5μA maximum at 5V. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
The SP3002-04HTG is supplied in a compact SOT-23-6 surface mount package, saving valuable board space. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including computer peripherals, mobile phones, digital cameras, and network hardware.
