The SP2574NUTG is a steering (rail to rail) TVS diode from Littelfuse Inc. designed for overvoltage protection in automotive and Ethernet applications. It features 4 unidirectional channels with a reverse standoff voltage of 2.5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 12V.
