The SP1005-01WTG is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 6V and a maximum clamping voltage of 15.6V at a peak pulse current of 10A (8/20µs waveform). The device operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
