The SP1001-05JTG is a 5-channel unidirectional TVS diode array from Littelfuse, designed for ESD protection in automotive applications. It features a Zener-type clamping structure with a clamping voltage of 13V at a peak pulse current of 2A (8/20µs waveform). No power line protection is provided, making it suitable for low-power signal lines.
This device is housed in a compact surface-mount package, available in 6-TSSOP, SC-88, or SOT-363 variants, with the supplier device package designated as SC-70-6. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C (junction temperature), allowing reliable performance in harsh automotive environments.
