The SP0504BAHTG is a unidirectional 4-channel TVS diode array from Littelfuse designed to suppress ESD and other transient overvoltage events. It features a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V and a clamping voltage of 8.5V at 1mA. With a typical capacitance of 30pF and a fast response time of less than 1ns, it is suitable for protecting high-speed data lines.
This device meets IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD requirements with 30kV contact and air discharge ratings. It also complies with MIL-STD-883 Method 3015 at 30kV. The peak pulse power is 25W (8/20μs) and peak pulse current is 3A. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
