The Littelfuse SP0502BAHTG is a monolithic silicon TVS diode array designed for ESD and transient overvoltage protection on data, signal, or control lines operating up to 5.5V. It features two unidirectional channels with a typical diode capacitance of 30pF and a fast response time under 1ns.
This device meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD immunity standards at 30kV for both contact and air discharge, and MIL-STD-883 Method 3015.7 at 30kV. The clamping voltage is 8.5V max at 1mA positive current and 12V max during an 8kV ESD event. Peak pulse power is rated at 25W for an 8/20μs waveform.
The SP0502BAHTG is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package (also known as TO-236-3 and SC-59) and is suitable for general-purpose transient suppression applications. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
