The Littelfuse SP03A-3.3BTG is a steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode designed for Ethernet applications. It provides bidirectional protection for two unidirectional channels, with a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 18V at 150A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform). The device is rated for 3.3kW peak pulse power, ensuring robust protection against transient overvoltages.
