The SOD4004 is a general purpose silicon rectifier diode from NextGen Components, designed for surface mount applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400V and an average forward current of 1A. The device is housed in a compact SOD-123FL package and is RoHS compliant.
