The SNRVUD620CTT4G is a state-of-the-art ultrafast rectifier diode array from On Semiconductor, designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as free wheeling diodes. It contains two diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 3A average forward current at a case temperature of 140°C, with a total device current of 6A. The device offers a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and a typical forward voltage drop of 1V at 3A.
The reverse recovery time is a maximum of 35ns, enabling high-frequency operation. The diodes are ESD rated with a human body model of >8 kV (Class 3B) and machine model of >400 V (Class C). The part is Pb-Free, halogen free/BFR free, and RoHS compliant. The SNRVUD prefix indicates automotive qualification, meeting AEC-Q101 requirements and PPAP capability.
The device is packaged in a DPAK (TO-252-3) surface mount package with an epoxy molded case and corrosion-resistant, solderable terminals. The lead and mounting surface temperature for soldering is 260°C maximum for 10 seconds. The package weighs approximately 0.4 grams.
