The SN75150P from Texas Instruments is a monolithic dual line driver that meets or exceeds the requirements of TIA/EIA-232-F and ITU Recommendation V.28.
This device features two drivers and zero receivers, making it suitable for data-terminal equipment to data-communication equipment interfaces.
