The SN74LVTH18504APM from Texas Instruments is a 20-bit universal bus transceiver featuring a state-of-the-art 3.3-V ABT design. This device supports mixed-mode signal operation, allowing for 5-V input and output voltages with a 3.3-V VCC, and can operate with unregulated battery power down to 2.7 V.
This transceiver combines D-type latches and D-type flip-flops, enabling operation in transparent, latched, or clocked modes. It includes bus hold on data inputs, eliminating the need for external pullup or pulldown resistors. The B-port outputs have equivalent 25- series resistors, removing the requirement for external resistors. The device is compatible with the IEEE Std 1149.1-1990 (JTAG) test access port and boundary-scan architecture.
Packaged in a 64-pin Plastic Thin Quad Flat (LQFP) package with a 0.5-mm center-to-center spacing, the SN74LVTH18504APM is suitable for surface mount applications. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
