The SN74LVTH125NSR is a 4-channel buffer featuring non-inverting logic and 3-state outputs, designed for low-voltage 3.3-V VCC operation with TTL interface capability to a 5-V system environment. Each output is in a high-impedance state when the associated output-enable input is high. Active bus-hold circuitry ensures unused or undriven inputs remain at a valid logic state, eliminating the need for external pullup or pulldown resistors.

This device operates within a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
