This transceiver operates at a maximum data rate of 200 Mbps with a propagation delay of 6.7 ns. It supports applications such as GPIO, JTAG, SPI, and UART. Key electrical features include a push-pull topology, high drive strength of 24mA at 3V, and an output enable feature. The device operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.

 

Packaged in a 24-TSSOP, the SN74LVC4245APWR is designed for surface mounting. It includes robust features like glitch-free power supply sequencing, VCC isolation, and VCC disconnect.
