The Texas Instruments SN74LVC4245APWR is an 8-bit (octal) noninverting bus transceiver designed for voltage translation between 3.3V and 5V environments. It features two separate supply rails, VCCB set at 3.3V and VCCA set at 5V, enabling seamless bidirectional translation.
This transceiver operates at a maximum data rate of 200 Mbps with a propagation delay of 6.7 ns. It supports applications such as GPIO, JTAG, SPI, and UART. Key electrical features include a push-pull topology, high drive strength of 24mA at 3V, and an output enable feature. The device operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
