The SN74HC273DW is an octal D-type flip-flop with a direct active-low clear input, manufactured by Texas Instruments. It operates over a wide voltage range of 2V to 6V and supports a clock frequency of up to 60 MHz. Information at the data inputs meeting setup time requirements is transferred to the Q outputs on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse.
This device features a typical propagation delay of 13ns at 6V and 50pF, with output drive capabilities of ±5.2mA. It consumes low power, with a maximum supply current of 8 µA and a low input current of 1 µA maximum. The flip-flop has a master reset function and non-inverted outputs.
Designed for buffer or storage registers, shift registers, and pattern generators, the SN74HC273DW is suitable for various digital logic applications. It is housed in a 20-SOIC surface-mount package, measuring 7.50mm in width.
