The SN74HC175D is a quadruple D-type flip-flop integrated circuit manufactured by Texas Instruments. This device features positive-edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with a direct clear input. Each flip-flop has complementary outputs.
Key electrical specifications include an operating voltage range of 2V to 6V, a clock frequency of up to 60 MHz, and a maximum propagation delay of 26ns at 6V with a 50pF load. The quiescent current is a low 8 µA. The outputs can drive up to 10 LSTTL loads, with ±4-mA output drive at 5V.
This flip-flop is suitable for applications such as buffer/storage registers, shift registers, and pattern generators. It comes in a 16-SOIC surface mount package.
The SN74HC175D is designed for reliable operation within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
