The SN74GTLP1394PWR is a 2-bit LVTTL-to-GTLP adjustable edge-rate bus transceiver with a split LVTTL port, feedback path, and selectable polarity. It translates LVTTL input signals to GTLP output signals, making it suitable for high-speed backplane and memory interface applications.
This device provides high-drive GTLP outputs capable of 100 mA and LVTTL outputs with ±24 mA drive capability. It includes ESD protection of 2000 V HBM, 200 V MM, and 1000 V CDM, and latch-up performance of 100 mA per JESD 78 Class II.
