The SN74ALS139DR from Texas Instruments is a dual 2-line to 4-line decoder/demultiplexer integrated circuit. It is designed for high-performance memory-decoding and data-routing applications requiring short propagation delay times. Each of the two decoders within the package features two enable inputs that simplify cascading and data reception.

These decoders/demultiplexers are built using the ALS technology family. They feature fully buffered inputs, each presenting only one normalized load to the driving circuit.
