The SN74ALS112AN from Texas Instruments is a dual JK flip-flop designed for digital logic applications. Each flip-flop features independent preset and clear inputs that override the clock and data inputs. Data is transferred to the outputs on the negative-going edge of the clock pulse when preset and clear are inactive.
This device supports a clock frequency of up to 30 MHz and has a maximum propagation delay of 19ns at 5V and 50pF. It operates within a voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and consumes 4.5 mA of current. The outputs are complementary.
The SN74ALS112AN is available in a 16-pin PDIP package suitable for through-hole mounting. The operating temperature range is from 0°C to 70°C.
These flip-flops can function as toggle flip-flops when both J and K inputs are tied high. The devices are fully buffered to provide maximum isolation from external disturbances.
