It includes features such as a high-impedance state during power up and power down, distributed VCC and GND pin configuration to minimize switching noise, and a flow-through architecture for optimized PCB layout. ESD protection exceeds 2000 V per MIL-STD-883, Method 3015.

 

Designed for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, the SN74ABT16245ADL is available in a 48-SSOP package. Its latch-up performance exceeds 500 mA per JESD 70. The device can be configured as two independent 8-bit transceivers or one 16-bit transceiver.
