This is a 4-channel Zener TVS diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a clamping voltage of 8.7V at a peak pulse current of 12A (8/20µs waveform). The device can handle up to 200W of peak pulse power.
The diode has a typical capacitance of 35pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The part is not intended for power line protection.
The SMS3.3.TCT is housed in a SOT-23-6 surface mount package, with a supplier device package also SOT-23-6. It is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected (unverified). The part is available in tape and reel packaging from distributors.
