The diode has a low forward voltage drop of 0.5V at 2A, which minimizes power loss. It can handle peak forward surge currents up to 55A (60Hz, 8.3ms). The junction capacitance is 80pF at 4V reverse bias.

 

The device operates over a junction temperature range of -50°C to +150°C. It is supplied in a DO-213AB MELF package, surface-mount, with MSL 1 rating. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 45 K/W when mounted with 50mm² copper pads.

 

Suitable for output rectification in DC/DC converters, polarity protection, and free-wheeling diodes. It is RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals compliant. AEC-Q101 qualified versions are available with -Q or -AQ suffixes.
