The On Semiconductor SMS15T1G is a quad monolithic silicon ESD and Surge Protector designed for voltage and ESD sensitive equipment. It provides superior surge protection with up to 350 watts peak power.
This TVS diode features a working peak reverse voltage of 15V and a clamping voltage of 29V at a peak pulse current of 12A (8/20µs). It offers robust ESD protection, rated up to 25 kV per the Human Body Model and meeting IEC 61000-4-2 standards.
Packaged in a compact SC-74 (SOT-457) surface mount package, the SMS15T1G is suitable for applications requiring four separate unidirectional configurations. Its operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C (TJ), making it reliable for various environmental conditions.
