SMS15CT1G

The SMS15CT1G is a 5-line unidirectional ESD protection diode array designed by ON Semiconductor. It is part of the SMS15C family and provides transient voltage protection for sensitive electronic circuits. The device features a monolithic common anode design that protects five independent lines in a single TSOP-6 package.

Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 15V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 16.7V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 29V at the peak pulse current. It can handle a peak pulse current of 12A (8/20µs waveform) and a peak pulse power dissipation of 350W. The typical capacitance is 95pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines.
