This TVS array features a peak pulse power rating of 3,900 Watts for an 8/20µs waveshape and 400 Watts for a 10/1000µs waveshape. It is compatible with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) at 15kV air and 8kV contact, IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) at 40A, and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) at 100A (for 5V). The device offers a rated standoff voltage of 6.5V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 7.2V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 28.0V at 150.0A.

 

Designed for bidirectional protection of two lines, the SMP6LC6.5-2P boasts a low capacitance of less than 30pF per line pair, making it suitable for high-speed data lines. It operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.

 

The component is housed in a molded JEDEC SO-16 package, suitable for surface mounting. It features lead-free pure-tin plating and is supplied on 16mm tape and reel per EIA Standard 481. The flammability rating is UL 94V-0.
