The SMMSD4148T1G is a standard switching diode manufactured by On Semiconductor. It features a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 100 V and a continuous forward current of 200 mA. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 4 ns (maximum) and a low diode capacitance of 4 pF. Maximum power dissipation is 425 mW on an FR-5 board at 25°C. The junction-to-ambient thermal resistance is 290°C/W.
This diode is supplied in a surface mount SOD-123 package, rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 150°C. It is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. The AEC-Q101 qualified S prefix version is suitable for automotive and high-reliability applications.
