This switching diode from On Semiconductor is designed for general purpose and high-speed switching applications. It has a continuous reverse voltage rating of 70V and a forward current rating of 200mA, with a peak forward surge current of 500mA. The forward voltage ranges from 0.55V to 0.7V at 1mA and 0.85V to 1.1V at 100mA. Reverse leakage current is limited to 0.1µA at 50V reverse voltage. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits. Diode capacitance is 2.5pF at 0V reverse bias.
The part is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, suitable for automotive applications requiring stringent quality control. It is also Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant.
