The STMicroelectronics SMM4F33A-TR is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a Zener-type clamping diode structure and provides protection against voltage transients. The device has a reverse standoff voltage of 33V and a maximum clamping voltage of 69.7V at 33A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform). It is rated for 400W peak pulse power.
