The Samtec SMM-125-01-S-D is a 50-position, 2-row, 2.00mm pitch board-to-board receptacle connector from the Tiger Eye series. It features a push-pull fastening mechanism and is designed for through-hole solder termination. The connector uses a high-reliability multi-finger beryllium copper contact system with 30 µ" gold plating on the contact area and matte tin on the tail, ensuring excellent conductivity and durability.
Electrical ratings include 3.2A per contact (with 2 pins powered) and a voltage rating of 350VAC. The connector supports data rates up to 8 Gbps, making it suitable for high-speed signal applications. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, and the insulator is made of black liquid crystal polymer with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
The SMM-125-01-S-D is packaged in tubes with a standard quantity of 11 pieces per tube. It mates with Samtec board-mount pin headers such as TMM, TMMH, MTMM, MMT, LTMM, TW, PTT, and ZLTMM, as well as TCMD cable mates. This connector is ideal for board-to-board or cable-to-board interconnects requiring high reliability and compact 2.00mm pitch spacing.
