This Lumex SML-LX1210SRSGC-TR LED offers dual-color functionality, providing both Red and Green light emission from a single component. It is designed for surface mount applications and comes in a 1210 (3225 Metric) package with dimensions of 3.20mm L x 2.70mm W and a maximum height of 1.10mm.
The LED features a water-clear lens and a rectangle with a flat top lens style. For Red emission, it has a typical peak wavelength of 660nm and a forward voltage of 1.7V to 2.4V at 20mA. For Green emission, the typical peak wavelength is 570nm with a forward voltage of 2.1V to 2.8V at 20mA. Both colors offer a typical luminous intensity of 15mcd (Red) and 12mcd (Green) respectively, with a wide viewing angle of 140°.
Absolute maximum ratings include a peak forward current of 80mA for Red and 60mA for Green, a forward current of 40mA (Red) and 30mA (Green), and a reverse voltage of 5V. Power dissipation is rated at 96mW for Red and 84mW for Green. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and storage temperature is -40°C to +90°C. It is supplied on a tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel.
