The Sullins Connector Solutions SMJ102-S88I-DS-11 is a single port RJ45 modular jack with integrated magnetics designed for 10/100 Base-T Ethernet applications. It supports AutoMDIX and is suitable for use in network interface cards, routers, and switches.
This connector features a right-angle orientation with tab direction up and a through hole solder termination. The shielded housing includes an EMI finger for enhanced electromagnetic interference protection. A board lock feature ensures secure attachment to the PCB. The contact material is phosphor bronze with a gold finish.
Electrical performance is specified for 10/100 Base-T operation with insertion loss of -1.0 dB maximum from 1 to 100 MHz, return loss of -18 dB maximum from 1 to 30 MHz, and common mode rejection of -30 dB minimum from 1 to 100 MHz. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C.
