The SMF6.0A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse, part of the SMF4L series, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 6V (inferred from part number) and a clamping voltage of 10.3V at a peak pulse current of 19.4A. The device offers peak pulse power dissipation of 400W typical under a 10/1000µs waveform and 2000W typical under an 8/20µs waveform, ensuring robust protection against lightning and other transient events.
