The SMF51A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 51 V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 56.7 V. The clamping voltage is limited to 82.4 V at a peak pulse current of 2.4 A (10/1000µs waveform).
