The SMF4L16A is a 400W peak pulse power, unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by lightning, inductive load switching, and electrostatic discharge. The device has a reverse standoff voltage of 16V and a clamping voltage of 26V at a peak pulse current of 15.4A. It is rated for -55°C to 150°C operating junction temperature.
