This is a unidirectional TVS diode from Vishay's eSMP series. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 30V and clamping voltage of 48.4V. With a peak pulse power rating of 200W (10/1000µs waveform) and 1000W (8/20µs), it provides robust transient protection. It offers ESD immunity of ±30kV contact and air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. It comes in a low-profile DO-219AB (SMF) surface-mount package, with dimensions 3.9mm x 1.9mm x 1.08mm. Operating temperature range -65°C to 175°C. Suitable for general purpose circuit protection.
