The Vishay Dale SMF14A-M3-08 is a surface-mount TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diode designed for general purpose applications. It offers robust protection with a peak pulse power rating of 200W for a 10/1000 μs waveform and 1000W for an 8/20 μs waveform.
This diode has an operating voltage of 14V and a clamping voltage of 23.2V at 8.6A. It provides ESD immunity up to ±30 kV contact and air discharge according to IEC 61000-4-2 standards. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 175°C (TJ).
