The SMF14A-E3-08 is a surface-mount TVS diode from Vishay General Semiconductor, designed for ESD and transient voltage protection in general-purpose applications. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 14 V and a maximum clamping voltage of 23.2 V at a peak pulse current of 8.6 A (10/1000 μs waveform). This diode offers robust ESD immunity of ±30 kV for both contact and air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronics.
