SMF12CT1G is a Zener-type ESD protection diode array from On Semiconductor. It protects up to 5 lines in a single SC-88 package. The device features a 12V reverse standoff voltage, 23V clamping voltage, and 100W peak power dissipation (8/20µs waveform). It can handle 6A peak pulse current (8/20µs). The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. It is compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 ESD standard (15kV air, 15kV contact) and has HBM ESD rating of 16kV and MM rating of 400V. The package is 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 with surface mount mounting. The device is RoHS3 compliant and has MSL 1. It is intended for general purpose applications such as handheld portables, networking, telecom, automotive electronics, and serial/parallel ports.
