SMF05T1G

The SMF05T1G is a quad monolithic silicon overvoltage suppressor designed for ESD protection in sensitive equipment. It protects four separate lines with a common anode configuration. Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 5 V, breakdown voltage range of 6.1 V to 7.2 V at 1 mA, and a typical clamping voltage of 12.5 V. The device offers a peak pulse power of 200 W (8/20 µs) and a peak pulse current of 12 A. Leakage current is less than 5 µA at 5 V. Capacitance is typically 90 pF at 1 MHz.
