The SMDJ58A is a 3000W transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse, part of the SMDJ series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. This unidirectional device offers a reverse standoff voltage of 58V and a clamping voltage of 93.6V at a peak pulse current of 32.1A (10/1000µs waveform).
