The SMDJ54CA is a 3000W bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 54V and a maximum clamping voltage of 87.1V at a peak pulse current of 34.4A (10/1000μs waveform). The device offers a fast response time of less than 1 ps and meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact).
