The SMDJ51A is a 3000W peak pulse power transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It is a unidirectional device with a reverse standoff voltage of 51V and a clamping voltage of 82.4V at a peak pulse current of 36.4A (10/1000µs waveform).
