The device offers a fast response time of less than 1.0ps and provides ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2, as well as EFT protection per IEC 61000-4-4. The SMDJ45A is a unidirectional Zener-type TVS diode with a single channel, suitable for general-purpose transient voltage suppression.

 

Packaged in a DO-214AB (SMC) surface mount package with matte tin lead-free plating, the SMDJ45A operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen free, and has an MSL rating of Level 1 (unlimited).
