The Littelfuse Inc. SMDJ36A is a surface-mount TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diode from the SMDJ series. It is engineered to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.
This diode features a high peak pulse power dissipation of 3000W at a 10/1000μs waveform. It has a clamping voltage of 58.1V at 51.6A and a breakdown voltage typically greater than 12V. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C, with a storage temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
